Salammm... hari ni hari pertama puasa... dalam kepala dok pikir nanti nak buka pose nngan hubby kat mana..bukan everyday la... sekali dalam bulan puasa...macam tahun lepas kami berbuka di JW Marriot...banyakk menu dia...108++ (bukan rege ek.... menu dia)..hehehehe
Tahun ni tak tahu lagi..tgh survey2 kat mana yang ok and varieties...hehehehe... so kalau kawan-kawan nak survey2 gak macam aku nih boleh click kat sini.... macam-macam ada... selamat memilih...heheheheh

** TIPS bULAN rAMADHAN
Avoid :-
~Fried and fatty foods.
~Foods containing too much sugar.
~Over-eating especially masa sahur.
~Too much tea masa bersahur : Tea makes you pass more urine taking with itvaluable mineral salts that your body would need during the day.
~Smoking cigarettes: If you cannot give up smoking, cut down gradually starting a few weeks before Ramadhan. Smoking is unhealthy and one should stop completely.
Eat: Complex carbohydrates (Sahur) so that the food lasts longer making you less hungry. i.e Dates,Almonds & Banana.
Drink: As much water or fruit juices as possible between iftar and bedtime so that your body may adjust fluid levels in time.
