Tips on how to plan a suprise birthday party:-
- 1Plan in advance! If you don’t everything could just be very disorganized, and you might even, for example, run out of food.
- 2Make sure it stays a secret… otherwise it could turn out boring.
- 3It’s better if the person doesn’t have any plans of his/her own… to celebrate their birthday
- 4It’s better if it’s a few days before/after the birthday- otherwise you might be spoiling a quiet dinner, or the birthday person might guess.
- 5Decide on the location- maybe have it at someone's house if you can't afford to rent out a venue/ you live out in the country.
- 6Then, guests. Try to keep it quite a small number of people, unless you want a hugemess (not to mention food problem)... and someone may blab.
- 7Make sure to find out if anyone is allergic to anything, or a vegetarian, so you can plan your menu accordingly. This is really important because then the party will turn out a mess.
- 8It’s helpful if everyone brings something, and that there are quite a few people organizing the surprise party.
- 9Get people to help you with decorating… have balloons, tinsel, a banner, posters, party poppers, and invitations... everything to make it look pretty
- 10Have food for the people helping out apart from the one for the party (people can get very hungry)
- 11Get the food out around ½ an hour before the birthday person arrives, and the drinks around 15-10 minutes earlier… this is so you don’t have to rush out to get more things!
NOTE: NEXT entry is about our surprise birthday party to K. Zai (FAFAU FUN CORNER).. Alhamdulillah..menjadi gak plan Intan wat surprise birthday kat kakak dia...heheheh..
